- Your billing information (credit card information, expiration date, and security code); or
- Your device and technical information, including your IP address, device platform (iOS or Android), last login date, and standard server-side error logs; or

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE OBTAIN FROM YOU? WHEN DO WE OBTAIN SUCH INFORMATION?
When visiting our App, if your use is limited to browsing our informational content, we will not require that you provide us with any personal information. However, we may request personal information from you at other times. For example:
- If you enroll in or subscribe to any services through our App, then we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, valid e-mail address, credit card number, expiration date, mailing address, or telephone number.
- When processing your payment information, we may use an authorized third-party billing partner for authorization, payment, and collection. Accordingly, your credit card information will be transferred and disclosed to our authorized billing partner. We will require our billing partner to enter written obligations with us to keep your information secure and confidential.
- If we elect to host discussion forums, and you desire to post to our discussion forums, we may ask that you provide us with your name, e-mail address, and password.
- If the Company or any of our business partners hosts or sponsors any contests or promotions and you want to participate, we may request your name, e-mail address, and other information as may be required by the rules of the specific contest.

HOW DO WE PROTECT THE SECURITY AND QUALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We have implemented reasonable physical, technical, and administrative procedures to maintain accurate, current, and complete information as well as to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, or alteration when it is under our control. Your personal information will be encrypted and stored on our secured servers. Your personal information is also password protected so that access is limited to yourself, the Company, and those authorized third party partners who are providing services directly for the Company (and who are under written obligation to maintain the confidentiality of your information).
We also have taken steps to help protect the integrity of your personal information when you complete a purchase transaction on our App. As noted above, we use a third-party billing partner to facilitate confidential online payment transactions. Our authorized billing partner helps prevent your credit card and other payment information from being read by unauthorized persons by using encryption for the secure exchange of your personal information.
THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND CONNECTED SERVICES.
The App may offer you the ability to connect or integrate with certain third-party platforms and services in order to enhance the services available to you. If you choose to use such integrations, certain personal information (including financial and accounting data) may be transmitted to and processed by the applicable third-party platform. The App offers an integration with QuickBooks, a product of Intuit Inc. (“Intuit”). If you elect to connect your QuickBooks account or upload your QuickBooks data through our App, certain financial and accounting information from your QuickBooks account will be transmitted to and processed by Intuit on its servers. The Company does not control how Intuit collects, uses, stores, or discloses that information. Intuit’s collection and use of your information is governed solely by Intuit’s Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/, which you are encouraged to review prior to using this integration. By connecting your QuickBooks account or uploading QuickBooks data through our App, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of your information to Intuit and its processing in accordance with Intuit’s Privacy Policy and terms of service. Use of the QuickBooks integration is also subject to Intuit’s terms of service, and your use of that integration constitutes your acceptance of those terms. Please refer to the Company’s Terms of Use for additional obligations applicable to your use of third-party connected services. From time to time, the Company may offer integrations with other third-party platforms. Any such integrations will be disclosed in an updated version of this Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform and encourages you to review the applicable privacy policies before connecting any third-party service.
SIGN-IN WITH GOOGLE AND SIGN IN WITH APPLE.
The App offers the ability to create or access your account using Sign-In with Google (provided by Google LLC) or Sign in with Apple (provided by Apple Inc.). If you choose to sign in with your Google account, Google will return to the App your email address, display name, and a unique Google account identifier. Google’s collection and use of your information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at

By electing to use either sign-in method, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of the applicable information to the Company and agree to be bound by the respective provider’s terms of service and privacy policy. If you have questions about the privacy policies or practices of a third-party site, you should contact the site administrator or webmaster of the specific site. We may from time to time partner with other companies to offer co-branded services as well as sweepstakes, contests and promotions. Any information that you provide in connection with the co-branded services or any jointly sponsored sweepstakes, contests or promotions will become the joint property of the Company and its business partners. However, we may from time to time rent or sell demographic information in the aggregate that does not contain your personal information.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?
We generally will not disclose any of your personal information except when we have your permission to do so or under some special circumstances described below.
- We may share your personal information with our business partners and affiliates with whom we work to provide our products and services. Such business partners may include our authorized payment processing company; credit and fraud reporting agencies; tax collection services; information technology providers; third-party integration and connected service providers (including, without limitation, Intuit Inc. in connection with the QuickBooks integration, Google LLC in connection with Google Sign-In, and Apple Inc. in connection with Sign in with Apple); and related services. In addition, we may share your personal information with our advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, who are obligated to keep your personal information confidential.

We may also disclose other personal information about you to our business partners, but only if we have obtained your permission to make the disclosure before data collection or before transferring the data.
- We may, from time to time, offer you the opportunity to receive materials or special offers from third parties. If you want to receive this information, we may (but only with your permission) share your name and e-mail address with them.
- We may disclose your personal information without your prior permission to comply with applicable law or legal process (such as court or government subpoenas) or to federal or state law enforcement agencies in the detection or prevention of reasonably suspected crime. We also may disclose your personal information without your permission in special, limited cases. For example, we may have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use, or may be causing intentional or unintentional injury or interference to the rights or property of the Company or any third party, including other customers.
HOW CAN YOU UPDATE, CORRECT OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You may access, export, correct, or update your personal information and your password at any time by sending an e-mail request to

HOW DOES THE APP COLLECT DATA AUTOMATICALLY? WHAT TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES DO WE USE?
Like most mobile applications, the App automatically collects certain data when you use it. This section describes the types of automatic data collection and technologies used within the App, and explains how you can manage your preferences.
The Company’s Use of Analytics and Automatic Data Collection
The Company collects certain data automatically when you use the App in order to maintain and improve the App’s features, deliver push notifications, authenticate your identity, and diagnose technical issues. We may also use third-party analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics by Google LLC) to understand how users interact with the App and to compile aggregate usage statistics. We do not use advertising tracking identifiers for behavioral advertising purposes. Aggregate analytics data is not linked to your personal identity.
Types of Automatic Data Collection
Below is a summary of the types of data that may be collected automatically or through third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated within the App. Where appropriate, certain data is only collected after you have provided the relevant consent or permission.
- Session and Authentication Tokens: The App stores secure, encrypted authentication tokens on your device to maintain your logged-in session following sign-in via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. These tokens are used solely for authentication purposes and expire upon sign-out or after a defined period of inactivity.
- Push Notification Tokens: When you enable push notifications, the App registers an Expo push token – a device-specific identifier used exclusively to deliver push notifications from the Company to your device. This token is stored on our servers and does not directly identify you by name.
- Analytics and Usage Data: The App may collect information about how you interact with its features, including screens accessed, session duration, and in-app navigation patterns. This data is collected in aggregate or anonymized form where possible and is not linked to your personal identity.
- Crash and Error Logs: The App automatically generates error and crash logs when technical issues occur. These logs include your device platform, App version, and an error description, but do not include personal information such as your name or email address.
- Activity and Engagement Data: The App records your in-app activity (including daily activity completions, pellet transactions, login timestamps, and streak information) to support the App’s gamification features and to provide you with an accurate record of your engagement.
How to Control Automatic Data Collection
You may limit or manage certain automatic data collection through your device’s operating system settings or through the App’s built-in settings menu. Please note that disabling certain data collection or notifications may affect the availability or functionality of features within the App.
Below are examples of how you may control data collection and notifications on your device or within the App:
- If you are using an iPhone or iPad (iOS): Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to review and limit cross-app tracking. To disable push notifications for the App, go to Settings > Notifications > Hoot & Profit and toggle notifications off.
- If you are using an Android device: Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads on some devices) and select “Opt out of Ads Personalization” to limit analytics data sharing. To disable push notifications for the App, go to Settings > Apps > Hoot & Profit > Notifications and toggle notifications off.
- Within the App’s settings menu: You may opt out of push notifications, opt out of community pellet features, and update your email address or other account information directly within the App’s settings menu. To request export or deletion of your personal data, please contact us at support@financiallyfit.business.
- For information about Google’s analytics and data practices: If the App uses Firebase Analytics or similar Google services, please review Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the App’s listing in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for additional information about data collected through those services.
For more detailed information about our data practices, or to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us at support@financiallyfit.business.

When we receive the transmitted information, we will use the procedures summarized in this Privacy Policy to ensure the integrity and security of that information in our systems. Unfortunately, notwithstanding any of the steps taken by us, it is not possible to guarantee the security and integrity of data transmitted over the Internet. Consequently, while we take the above-described reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot and do not warrant the security or integrity of any information you transmit to us when registering for our App or otherwise. All such transmission of information is at your own risk. If you are careless with your password, or you decide to share your password with third parties, you must be aware of the risk that such third parties will have access to all your personal information.
